Coupon Codes

At the Checkout screen there is a blank field under your order summary that says "Gift card or discount code". Please type in your coupon code, then click apply. The discount will appear in your order summary.

Please note that only 1 coupon code or discount may be used per order (including the military/first responder discount).

Pricing & Billing

We calculate and collects sales tax for orders shipped to an address in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.

Refunds can take up to a full billing cycle to appear on your account from the time they are issued, but in most cases, they post within 2-10 business days.

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). Any items marked as a presale product will be charged at the time the order is placed. This ensures that the product is reserved for you and it will ship at a later date.

Order Status

Click the My Account link here or at the top right hand side of our site and sign in to review your orders. Tracking information will be available once the order has been shipped.

If you have the tracking number, you may click the Track Order link and fill in your tracking number and click the submit button. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for assistance.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been placed as it begins processing right away.

Check with the shipping carrier to confirm that your package(s) were delivered. If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you are not in possession of it, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Please check all packing materials to make sure the item was not overlooked. If you are unable to locate the missing item, click the Track Order link and fill in your tracking number and click the submit button. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Please note that items may be shipped separately and in multiple packages.

Once you have verified the item you did not receive has been marked shipped and delivered, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Click the My Account link. Then click on the "Create Account" link and follow the instructions to create a new account.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information, and is based on several factors including the items ordered and the shipping method selected.

Additional Support

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, our wholesale program is not active at this time. However, we do plan on re-opening it in the near future once we release a lot of new product styles!

Yes, we do offer a 10% discount to U.S. military personnel (active, veterans, retirees and registered spouses and dependents who are in the Department of Defense database) and active police, fire and EMTs. To apply the discount click on one of the following links:

Once your information has been confirmed, you will be provided with a coupon code. Note that this code may not be eligible in combination with other promotions.
